Teachers

speaker image Robin Wilner

Robin (YA-RYT 500) is a San Francisco based yoga instructor and holistic nutritionist who danced her way to the mat while living in NYC and performing on Broadway. The powerful benefits of the practice kept her physically and emotionally healthy amidst the challenges of a demanding career. Now retired from the stage, Robin mixes her love of movement, chanting, energetic healing and yoga philosophy in her teachings. She believes that human potential is infinite and that the path to joy starts with mindfulness and self-transformation. With humor, creativity and joy, she strives to lead her students through a rich and heartfelt experience. Robin holds a 500-hour advanced yoga certification from Laughing Lotus and will complete her Masters Degree in Holistic Nutrition later this year.

speaker image Ilana Cruger-Zaken

Ilana (YA-ERYT 500) is a New York-based yoga instructor, bookworm, recovered performer, and cat lady. Drawing from her background in music and literature as well as her passion for exploring human potential, her classes fuse the poetry of the body with the science of movement to create a dynamic and holistic approach to vinyasa yoga. Ilana holds a 500-hour advanced yoga certification from Laughing Lotus Yoga Center as well as an additional 300-hour Prana Vinyasa certification from Shiva Rea’s Samudra School, and is currently completing training as an Urban Zen Integrative Therapist.

speaker image Jarrett Cruger

Jarrett (YA- RYT 200) is a New York based movement and meditation teacher. While he spends much of his time working within the technology industry and writing software, his passion is connecting the body and mind through breath and movement. He carries his 200 hour foundation from Yoga Shanti NYC but has found new meaning in movement through training in PranaDandaYoga cultivated by Demetri Velisarius and Shiva Rea. Through taking refuge in simple movement patterns, one can begin to open up all of senses to the present experience of flow. He is also involved in the NYC Dzogchen sangha (community), continuing to deepen his meditation practice through learning from experienced practitioners under the guidance of Lama Surya Das in the Dzogchen tradition of Tibetan Buddhism.
